Goods are normally dispatched the next working day following receipt of payment, They will be sent by either Royal mail or another recognised delivery company, depending upon the item. If you have any special requests , please contact us to let us know.

All orders delivered to the UK Mainland that total over £50 are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail, insured to your door. Below this price we charge just £4.99 and ship by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

On certain large, heavy items we reserve the right to charge you additional amounts but we will inform you of this prior to despatch to give you the option to cancel. Delivery is by Carrier or Royal Mail Record Delivery and must be signed for by yourself

Please make sure you sign for your goods as 'unchecked'. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

When you place an order to purchase a product from heybrookmusic.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. However, we do have the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, mis-priced or cleared funds are not received. Heybrook Music takes payment immediately by authorising and settling all transactions as soon as the customer's address has been verified by their issuing bank. If a product is not available to dispatch at the time of the order, the payment taken will be regarded as a prepayment. This is for our security as well as yours. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
